I didn’t stay there myself, but I booked it for my mum. It’s in a great spot, ideal for a quick getaway between flights. There are signs all over, so it wasn’t a problem for my mum to find the hotel and her room, even though she doesn’t speak English. She had a wonderful time there.

The location is perfect, situated right within the airport area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The capsule itself was surprisingly spacious enough for one person and very clean. I was also pleased to find that the shower facilities were well-maintained, with body wash, shampoo, and a hairdryer provided. Great value for a quick rest!

This was my second stay here, and it solidified why this is my go-to KLIA transit solution. The best part? I could already sleep peacefully, knowing exactly what to expect. The capsule felt familiar and efficient, not confining. The receptionists are consistently amazing—friendly, proactive, and incredibly helpful. A major tip for parents or those with large luggage: if your stroller or big suitcase doesn’t fit in the locker, just let them know. They have a secure storage area behind the counter and were happy to store mine without any hassle. This stay confirmed that familiarity truly improves the experience. Knowing the routine—using the excellent showers, grabbing earplugs, and now utilizing their luggage storage—makes for a completely seamless and restful stopover.

I love that there was a female-only area, and everyone genuinely stayed super quiet to allow for proper rest. The place was very clean in general, and provided eye mask, ear plugs and a dental kit too! The overall area had a pretty cool design as well.

The capsule hotel is located in the T2 terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and it's very easy to find. The room was generally clean and tidy, but when we checked in, we found a used towel on the hanger ☹️. We booked a suite, and the room was very small; as soon as you enter, you can only sit on the bed, and there is basically no place to put your luggage (except for a small backpack). Therefore, the staff reminded us at check-in that the suitcase needs to be stored in the locker opposite the front desk and cannot be brought into the room. The capsule hotel has public restrooms and showers, and the room provides slippers, disposable toothpaste and toothbrush, and an eye mask. The slippers were very uncomfortable and hurt my feet, so I recommend bringing your own. The soundproofing of the room is average, especially the sound of the door closing, which can be easily heard, so light sleepers should be aware of this factor. The hotel has a public lounge area with a coffee machine, where you can drink coffee for free. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel and would choose it as a priority for overnight stays at the airport.

Affordable stay within KLIA2, especially if booked via Trip.com. I managed to get a cheaper rate for a 12-hour stay, which is great value for airport accommodation. The location is strategic inside the terminal. You do need to walk a bit to get there, but nothing unreasonable. Consider it light exercise after a long flight. Facilities are just nice and sufficient for a quick rest while waiting for your next flight. Clean, simple, and functional. Exactly what you need for transit, nothing more, nothing less. One downside is security. The single capsule unit cannot be locked, so it’s not ideal if you’re carrying valuables. Best for light travellers or short rests. Overall, a good option for budget transit travellers who prioritise location and rest over luxury.

I love how strategically the hotel is located and compared to others, it is reasonably priced for an airport hotel. I really enjoyed my stay it was clean the hot water worked well and the amenities were sufficient. I didn’t need to book a Grab to get there and I booked a 12-hour stay at a reasonable price.

Absolutely worth every penny! The rooms are clean, fresh and surprisingly airy. I loved the hot shower—it’s a lifesaver after a long flight. They provide a great amenity kit (towels, eye masks, water bottle, etc.) and the common areas are very "Instagrammable" and cute. A couple of minor notes: the room can get a bit warm if the door is shut tight and one of the shower stalls had a small leak but neither issue dampened my stay. Would definitely stay again!
