The staff were amazing. So humble. So kind.

I booked this place last minute, so the price I paid was quite high. Upon arrival, the staff claimed that my booking was only for a 12-hour stay, even though I had booked for 24 hours through this app. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted, 'Oh, we only offer 12-hour stays on the Agoda app,' which was incorrect. Fortunately, I was able to show my proof of booking. While it didn't affect me much since I only stayed for 12 hours, it would be very frustrating for someone who actually needs the full 24-hour stay. ​Additionally, there was an unexpected extra charge of around 20,000 IDR during check-in. I have no idea what it was for, and I found these sudden hidden fees quite unpleasant. ​Regarding the facilities, the stay itself was comfortable. However, I found it odd that the women’s toilet is located outside the female-only area. This felt a bit inconvenient as you might run into men right in front of the restroom. ​The location is also quite difficult to find. I tried asking the airport security and was simply told to take a Grab. After wandering around Level 1 (L1), I finally found it tucked away in a corner. If you take the escalator down, just walk straight ahead until you see the logo. ​One more thing: suitcases are not allowed inside, likely due to the limited space. They do provide lockers, but I am not sure if there is an additional fee for using them. But if you feel tired of the transit flight or just wanna take a shower, this might be your good choice

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) I stayed in the Single Capsule (Female Only) for one night (RM147 for 12 hours) before catching my early flight, and it was actually a pleasant surprise! The capsule was clean, spacious for its size, and comfortable, even though you do hear other guests — which is to be expected in this kind of setup. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. While it's decent overall, the walls and mirrors weren’t scrubbed well, giving off that blurry soap-stain look. Also, the bathroom is outside the female-only capsule area, so you need to be fully covered to walk to and from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided all necessary amenities, including bottled water, slippers, towel, etc. Best part? It's located right inside KLIA2 (Level 1), so it's extremely convenient. I’d definitely stay here again — great for solo female travelers needing a short rest before a flight.

Comfortable

CapsuleTransit Landside at Gateway KLIA T2 is perfectly located inside the airport, making it ideal for layovers. The cubicles are simple and comfortable, with two pillows and power plugs for charging devices, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the cubicles cannot be locked, so you must keep valuables with you at all times, and the luggage lockers are inconveniently far from the sleeping area, requiring careful planning to avoid multiple trips. A minor disappointment was receiving mismatched slippers when purchasing a pair, though at RM10 it was a small waste. Despite these drawbacks, it's a practical and decent option for transit passengers needing a quick rest between flights.

I just landed from Indonesia and had about 14 hours before my next flight out so I opt to stay at the capsule transit hotel. This is my first time and I would say it is beyond my expectations. The check in was smooth, all instructions given were clear. My 'capsule' is at the 2nd floor and I couldn't thank enough on that (less noise, less footsteps). There is a locker for you to keep your big luggages but since I only have my backpack so I did not use it. The toilets are clean with body wash and shampoo provided in each cubicle. The hot rain shower is just amazing after a long day!!!! The surau is located in front of the hotel, a mere 20 metres away. There is a free flow hot drinks (coffee,tea,choc) available in the common lounge. I was also provided with care package upon check in which has a towel, toothbrush, a water bottle and a comfort sleep pack. They also provide slippers for the bathroom usage which is available in each capsule. The walk in price is slightly on the higher side so I would recommend you to book in advance via Agoda to get good deals. And if u have booked for 12 hours, then the countdown will start from the moment you check in. All in all, highly recommend this if u have a short transit before the next flight. But mind you that the wall is paper thin so if u're a light sleeper this might not be for you.

很有趣的體驗，第一次住膠囊酒店，因為到已經半夜了，所以帶孩子先休息整頓，不想半夜勞累奔波。

staff are polite and very kind. Really enjoyed the moment here plus this is my 1st time experienced the capsule hotel and it really far exceeded my expectation and 1st impression. Very looking foward for the next meet

Absolutely worth every penny! The rooms are clean, fresh and surprisingly airy. I loved the hot shower—it’s a lifesaver after a long flight. They provide a great amenity kit (towels, eye masks, water bottle, etc.) and the common areas are very "Instagrammable" and cute. A couple of minor notes: the room can get a bit warm if the door is shut tight and one of the shower stalls had a small leak but neither issue dampened my stay. Would definitely stay again!

The place is good for a gateway before departure for fight. Environment friendly. And really good for taking a quick and quiet nap.

My second stay in return visit as so convenient. Had everything you need for a good 12 hour sleep. You’re given a shower/ sleep package. - you need the earplugs as ac is noisy. Towels, hairdryer, toiletries, toothbrush, iron all available. I slept well.

Location is super convenient, just in the basement of KLIA2 mall, beside bus/taxi/car waiting room. We ordered 3 beds, the best thing is this room is separated, has spaces to put things (luggage still stored at lockers outside) and has its own door. Sleeping experience is good! Noise from the other half of the capsule is acceptable, beds are clean, and I can sleep comfortably. The only complaint is that the toilet is quite far away from the room, and it's quite packed and needs to queue, even for male. They have multiple toilets though.

The staff were friendly and helpful, each capsule very clean, comfortable mattress, good lighting. Earplugs and eye mask provided, along with towel and flip-flops.Lockers for large luggage. Hot showers, clean bathroom, toiletries provided. A small communal seating area with tea, coffee, hot and cold water free of charge. I slept really well, but there weren't many other guests so noise wasn't an issue. Seperate male and female areas, with key card entry, and staff availiable 24/7, so good for solo female travellers.
