Easy access to the place

Easy access to klia2, a place to nap before next dedtination. Unfortunately, I forget to snap photo. So i use picture from website.

Strategic location, comfortable 12 hours stay before next flight.

I used this hotel for a flight at 7 AM. I arrived by train from the city. The escalator to the first floor was at the far end, and I ended up going in circles several times, but I asked a security guard and arrived safely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was simple, but it was fine for just sleeping. I felt reassured with the women-only room. I would like to use this hotel again.

Enjoyed our 5hrs stay here. The capsule was super comfy. We had 8hrs transit better sleep here at least can rest.

You don't have to go outside since it's inside the airport building. It is located at the back of the bus stop lineup on the first floor. It's in an easy-to-understand location. They offer lockers for large luggage. Just pack the essentials to your living space. It can be troublesome if you forget something. It was a very simple and user-friendly facility.

I used the hotel for a 12-hour transit. I had made a mistake with the location of the hotel but was able to have the front desk arrange for me to stay at a sister property. They were always polite and when I went to ask questions, they responded with a smile. I had some anxiety being in a long transit for the first time, but I felt very secure using the women-only space. The shower room was combined with the toilet, and everything had locks on it, situated right next to the front desk, so I could use it with peace of mind. I didn't have an issue with cleanliness, but I thought it might vary depending on how the guests utilize the facilities. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to use it again! Thank you very much!

Much more comfortable than airport chairs. Towel, toothbrush, slippers and water supplied.

Location to be able to rest between flights was amazing. Beds were comfy, good value. Would stay again.

挺不錯，飛機12點多到，處理完 以後1.30入住，整體不錯，沒住過膠囊，好好體驗一下，乾淨安靜，家庭房睡三個人沒毛病，，

吉隆坡機場很大，有很多好吃的店鋪和逛街的商鋪，由於要趕早班機，怕早上不好打車，提前一晚住過來，事實證明，是個明智的選擇

Very convenient. Clean facilities, a comfortable bed, and complimentary free-flow coffee and tea made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything I needed for a restful night’s sleep before my flight.

I had planned to take an early morning flight, so I decided to use it at the last minute. It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, but the space was large enough for four people, including two children, to sleep comfortably. Since we brought in two suitcases, the space for shoes was a bit cramped, but it was not a problem at all. The toilet and shower room were clean, stylish, and comfortable to use. ☺️

I arrived at night and waited for my connecting flight the next day. A 12-hour rest here really helps maintain body stability, taking a warm shower, having goat rendang for dinner, jet lag decreased, friendly staff, free wifi, access with a card, only female, I feel comfortable overall.

Great to stay when you are transit in KLIA. Suggest to wear the earplugs that they provided during your sleep.

Nice place to stay for if you have flight transit. The facilities are good, and prayer room is just across the hotel (for muslims). The staff is friendly and willing to show around. Thank you!
