These benefits apply to eligible bookings made directly through the official CapsuleTransit website. All benefits are subject to availability, room inventory, operating conditions, and the booked rate rules.

If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same CapsuleTransit property, stay date, room type, number of guests, and booking conditions, we may match it after verification. The lower rate must be live and bookable at the time of review. Member-only, app-only, coupon, package, corporate, unpublished, or obvious error rates are not eligible

For eligible direct bookings, you may request to change your stay date before check-in. Changes are subject to availability and any rate difference. If the new stay is priced higher, the difference will apply. Some promotional or non-refundable bookings may not be eligible.

Free cancellation applies only to rates marked as cancellable when you book. Unless stated otherwise on your booking, cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged based on the booked rate conditions.

For eligible direct bookings, we may assist with moving your booking to another CapsuleTransit outlet, room type, or stay product where possible. This is subject to availability, operational practicality, and any rate difference. Transfers are not guaranteed.

Complimentary room upgrades may be offered for eligible direct bookings at check-in, subject to availability. Upgrades are not guaranteed in advance and will depend on the day’s room inventory.

Eligible direct bookings may request one complimentary hour of late checkout. This is subject to same-day availability and operational approval. Please request it with the front desk before the standard checkout time.

This benefit applies only to eligible direct bookings at CapsuleTransit MAX. It includes one complimentary lounge entry per eligible booking, unless otherwise stated. Lounge access is subject to operating hours, capacity, house rules, and availability.
