For my first time staying at this capsule transit, overall for a few hours of rest, this place provided everything that were necessary. My only suggestion is that the management should look into making the entire place "look" cleaner, and to fix up the lockers. The washroom/toilets were clean and shower gel/shampoo were provided, however I think the cleanliness and overall look of the space can be much better. The price for the stay here was not too bad, but I will also think that it is quite steep for just a few hours of stay. Thus, the cleanliness and overall comfort for guests can be better for this reason. There was also not much ventilation in individual 'capsules', just something to keep in mind.

Overall, the staff is very nice, and the room is very comfortable. The staff here is really nice and friendly. I accidentally used the wrong room, but they helped me change it patiently. Also, they provided me with two lockers for my luggage.

The accommodation is very good and ideal for those with a short connecting flight. It is located on the 1st and 3rd floors, which are convenient exits for international travel. The location is excellent, with restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. Overall, I was very impressed.

Just need a short rest before early flights. Cleanliness and shower rooms were good. Impressive that they do provide hairdryers, but just 1 for everyone to share. Negative side, lots of mosquitoes. The whole night bitten got like mad and can't sleep at all. Bring earplugs and eye cover if you are not used to noise and light.

It was a comfortable stay with basic amenities like a towel, eye mask and ear plugs provided. Appreciated that I got to lie down and rest for a long layover at KLIA2.

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) I stayed in the Single Capsule (Female Only) for one night (RM147 for 12 hours) before catching my early flight, and it was actually a pleasant surprise! The capsule was clean, spacious for its size, and comfortable, even though you do hear other guests — which is to be expected in this kind of setup. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. While it's decent overall, the walls and mirrors weren’t scrubbed well, giving off that blurry soap-stain look. Also, the bathroom is outside the female-only capsule area, so you need to be fully covered to walk to and from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided all necessary amenities, including bottled water, slippers, towel, etc. Best part? It's located right inside KLIA2 (Level 1), so it's extremely convenient. I’d definitely stay here again — great for solo female travelers needing a short rest before a flight.

I just landed from Indonesia and had about 14 hours before my next flight out so I opt to stay at the capsule transit hotel. This is my first time and I would say it is beyond my expectations. The check in was smooth, all instructions given were clear. My 'capsule' is at the 2nd floor and I couldn't thank enough on that (less noise, less footsteps). There is a locker for you to keep your big luggages but since I only have my backpack so I did not use it. The toilets are clean with body wash and shampoo provided in each cubicle. The hot rain shower is just amazing after a long day!!!! The surau is located in front of the hotel, a mere 20 metres away. There is a free flow hot drinks (coffee, tea, choc) available in the common lounge. I was also provided with care package upon check in which has a towel, toothbrush, a water bottle and a comfort sleep pack. They also provide slippers for the bathroom usage which is available in each capsule. The walk in price is slightly on the higher side so I would recommend you to book in advance via Agoda to get good deals. And if u have booked for 12 hours, then the countdown will start from the moment you check in. All in all, highly recommend this if u have a short transit before the next flight. But mind you that the wall is paper thin so if u're a light sleeper this might not be for you.

CapsuleTransit Landside at Gateway KLIA T2 is perfectly located inside the airport, making it ideal for layovers. The cubicles are simple and comfortable, with two pillows and power plugs for charging devices, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the cubicles cannot be locked, so you must keep valuables with you at all times, and the luggage lockers are inconveniently far from the sleeping area, requiring careful planning to avoid multiple trips. A minor disappointment was receiving mismatched slippers when purchasing a pair, though at RM10 it was a small waste. Despite these drawbacks, it's a practical and decent option for transit passengers needing a quick rest between flights.

First time i booked here and my experiences was great! The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Detailed explanation and instruction. Capsule was easy to find and facilities were great and clean! Cons: my room were cold when i first entered but after a while the ac inside the capsule stopped working and felt a bit hot. Told the staff about the ac and she helped to find a new room that were in the mixed area. Onwards, terrible experience started. Had an occupant beside me late check in and was super noisy. I checked the time and it was 1am. Started snoring and i cant get enough sleep.

Usually, I'd be rushing from the airport to my hotel. But after staying in Capsul Transit, I don't think I'll ever want to rush to my hotel. I can definitely see myself coming back often!

This is not my very first time here. Actually I always chose KL as a transit hub, as there are so many flights to anywhere in Southeast Asia. This Capsule Hostel is really come in handy, with the location is right under the KLIA-2 Facilities are good in general.
