Terms & Conditions - Price Matching

1. The initial reservation must be made on our partnered online travel site (Agoda.com, Booking.com, Expedia.com, Traveloka.com, Tiket.com and Trip.com), and excluding travel agents.

2. Competing rate strictly refers to rates booked on any of the aforementioned sites. It must be for the same hotel, room type, number of guests, dates, length of stay and rate rules.

CapsuleTransit is committed to ensure that our guests’ health and safety remain a priority especially during this time, which is why we have implemented these procedures as preventive and protective measures.

  1. We sanitize each Capsule room upon every check out.
  2. We practice Capsule Distancing.
  3. We abide by the guidelines and SOP provided by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. (MySejahtera Apps)
    All guests must have their temperature scanned at the reception before entering the premise. Any guest with a temperature of 37.5°C and above will not be permitted into the hotel.
  4. We record all of our crew's health conditions and temperature daily. Any staff with a temperature of 37.5°C and above will not be permitted into the hotel and will be advised to self-quarantine and visit the hospital for checkup.
  5. Our hotel property and facilities are sanitised every 2 hours.
